- Minimum 3 years previous experience in sales and technical support ;
- Deep knowledge of the selling techniques, for the relevant field of activity;
- Excellent technical skills (in abrasives it's an advantage);
- Excellent communication and influencing skills;
- Ability to prioritize and to organize activities (self-management);
- Good computer skills;
- Able to work independent, and to come up with initiatives, as to improve results;
- Good command of English;
- Trustworthy and reliable individual;
- Clean driving license B;
